Hey Folks
Bit of a wierd one here. I have an SVMi20i that works just fine, except when using the DTMF system management, option 2 for subscriber administration just says "System Error"
Its a 7400 running 4.8 and the SVMi is running 6.03. I've tried card restart and a full reboot but neither had any effect.
Thoughts?

What does the port activity screen show when you try to access subscriber administration+

Have you done a backup of the VM and then defaulted it to see if it does the same thing defaulted?
