i have a summit with two ring groups assigned. customer wants to have the ability to pick up a line ringing in the group from a phone not in that group. i cant make it work. i tried 566 and *566. tried dialing 7 first and ** first. the pick up soft key. none of the stuff im seeing seems to work. is there a way.

never mind. kept diggin. if anyone has this issue the code is *77 and the hunt group number or a ringing station number. works great.
