Hey folks,
We're considering a phone system upgrade and are looking at UC options.
Just wondering if you are using a companion desktop app for call control and or UC dialing.
What have you tried, what did you like or not like?

They are alot of options
We us UCaaS, Call Center , Phone App, Desktop App.
Most suppliers offer all of them, Some better the n others.
