OP davetel Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,229 sbdo, ca, usa	i have an sbx looks like ver 1.1. when i put in a voicemail card and push call back i get busy tone. i put the same card in another ksu the same version and it works. does anyone have an idea whats going on here. thanks,.dave.

If you're adding it, you have to tell the system that it is there. It's been my experience that it's easiest to initialize the system with the card in place so that it automatically recognizes it. If you get a database backup, you can upload it after you've initialized the system to restore the existing programming. Ed Vaughn, MBSWWYPBX

OP davetel Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,229 sbdo, ca, usa	yes its a new card to the system. i did try initializing it a few times. someone suggested trying assigning it manually or downloading programs from a different ksu with vm and upolading to this system. i havnt tried that yet.

OP davetel Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 1,229 sbdo, ca, usa	it was a learning day for me. from what i understand the 4000-00 ksu cant use the 4000-8 vm. must be a 4000-03 ksu for that card.
