We now have FBMOH on all of our nodes. We would like to confirm they are playing by listening from our central node. I've created Hunt Groups on each node for the sole purpose of hearing the recordings. They work great from the local node, but remote nodes calling in hear their own FBMOH, not the FBMOH programmed for that node. I have the HGs programmed for FBMOH for calls camped on. Is there a way to change this?

Doug,
If you would like MOH to traverse the network then the "Music-On-Hold Encoding" setting should be set to "Use Speech Encoding Setting" for the Node IP Connection Groups on each system.
