Customer has a BCM 450 v.6 with voicemail. It has been a long time since I instructed the user how to log into the voicemail to reset a password or change a user name in the vm.
I tried F983 and get a log prompt. Enter 102 + pw and I get "Invalid Login" message. I'm pretty sure this worked on this system years ago. I am able to log into the voicemail with my laptop and have tried resetting the password for the Sys Mgr mailbox, but it still tells me Invalid Login.
I can't remember what I forgot to make this work. Thanks for any help.

102 plus password format is for Norstar
The BCM linux versions use SETNNA plus password for both voicemail (log) and telset programming (user id)
