Ran into a device the other day from Callisto Communications that does some 911 alerting on the old Nortel Meridians, and CS1000. I didn't have a chance to look into it, but it seems like it might hit a niche if anyone needs one.
Callisto Communications is the supplier their number is 636.812.3600
