I'm attempting to set up a night service/ringing button for end of day incoming lines to go straight to voicemail (auto attendant). No rings. Voicemail is a Flash2, 2.0 software.
F87 programs the button. And I have made ext 21 a control set for the lines, but it doesn't work.
Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Did you:
-Go to Ring Groups and add the DN of voice mail?
-Go into the Schedule , make Manual, then Line settings and add/make sure they are in that ring group?
