I have a customer asking if there is a way to record all their calls and then have the software sort based on Agent login versus Phone extensions. Any recorder I've installed used SMDR to match the call records to an audio file and there is no way to see Agent information.
This would be on a SV9100 system.

I have never seen this. USB call record might be able to do something for you but I would think the call recorder would have to be tied to the p-codes and not SMDR.

They said they could look at the p-code information and see if it would work, so I'm going to capture a bit of data and send if off to them and see if it is something we can make work. I thought at first you could only have one connection to the system in regards to the ACD MIS but it appears you can have multiple.
