I have Windows 10, I get and do updates routinely. After this morning's I get a "The requested action was blocked ... etc" message with "There is an error in XML document (0, 0)"
Tried various compatibility settings, no luck,
Has anyone else experienced this? We will contact ICON.

After the update something happened to Preferences.xml. We renamed that to oldPreferences.xml so the system created a new one when it was run. It loaded and ran ok, but I lost all of my previous connection history.
