I'm trying to connect to my new IVP8 R1 VM card so I can delete all the old mailboxes, greetings, change a few settings .etc. however the issue I'm running into is when trying to connect I get the following error "Remote Password doesn't match a password of the Stratagy"? I'm using the default remote admin password so obviously it was changed, I've seen in previous threads there's a backdoor in to reset the password? The 999, 990, and 991 mailboxes on this VM card had default passwords so I'm not sure why this would be changed? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You will need someone with the Toshiba "backdoor" password to reset the VM back to the default so you will be able to log in normally and do what you need to get done. This will not normally cost a lot to get done but they will need remote access to the LVMU probably through your laptop hooked up to it and running Teamviewer or similar remote software
