Hi, I'm having trouble with my xblue X16 phone installation. We have 5 phones set up and I plugged in the 6th and assigned it an extention of 306. It seemed to have accepted it, but now it's giving me a "Register Fail!" error code and won't let me do anything. It's locked. I tried to unplug it and re-plug but after the 'phone initializing' message, it goes right to 'register fail'. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Gini

You can only have 4 phones per port, make sure you haven't tried to add the phone to an already maxed out port.
