I have just added a PhDN to a multiple call group but it will not ring on phone that I have the PhDN on. I dialed the PhDN by itself and it would ring on the key i have assigned it to but when I try calling the MC group extension, it would ring on all the other phones except for the one I just added to.
I'm not too sure what I am missing... Does it take a while for it to update on the MC group?

Do you have an owner pdn assigned to the phantom?
I don't think I've ever tried adding a phantom to a multiple call group.

Yes, the owner pdn is assigned to the phantom.
All the other DNs in the multiple call group are also phantoms.

I have added phantoms to an MCG. An owner must me assigned to that PhDN, and only the owner's phone will ring if you have that PhDN on multiple phones

An owner must me assigned to that PhDN, and only the owner's phone will ring if you have that PhDN on multiple phones I can confirm this is how it works. If you call the PhDN directly all the phones will ring If you call the MCG only the owner of the PhDN will ring the other handsets will flash red on the PhDN key
