It's frustrating the the previous thread was locked because we were not looking for a password, we were looking for how to fix the CIX. Well for anyone experiencing the same issue we were, here's what it took to get us up and running again. Our phone tech made a backup of the messed up config to the SD card, and provided that to Toshiba. They were able to hack the backup and fix various issues: - utilise the default SNMP community name
- a network address change we made a few years ago was greatly affecting the functionality but was not known until the second SNMP community was deleted, so networking addresses were fixed by Toshiba as well
This issue was beyond ours and our very knowledgeable phone vendor.

The thread was locked due to multiple violations. The original post was outside the guide lines of the forum. A reply that contained a password was remove along with a reply with step by step instructions on how to hack a password. PMs were sent to those that replyed .
Happy you were able to find a dealer who could contact Toshiba to solve the issue.
