Our system is forwarding fine, but we have no entry in 24-09. On a default system, is it set to fwd to VM. Installing a new 2100 tomorrow and just double checking everything.

By default program 24-09 is set to call forward off.
If your system is set for full auto attendant and program 24-09 has not been set the call will follow 24-02
