Can someone help me help me set up an ext to go off hook and ring the front desk only? What forms do I need to program? Thanks

It's called manual line in the class of service of the station. Create a new class of service (form 3) for the ones you want to ring to "0" and enable manual line. Make sure in form 19 the tenant's dial "0" routing is set correctly to the Attendant LDN. Change the class of service in form 9 for the stations.
