Anyone have the procedure to upgrade an OAS card that can be sent to me?
I installed a brand new OAS card in a 7400 system that has 498 sw on it. The card sits in the 7200 expansion cabinet and the system isn't recognizing it. I swapped it out from having a mgi16 in there that was a working refurbished card. Anyone with advise on this?

The card will only work correctly in slot 3 (under the lcp). What version is your lcp card?

My LCP card was at 4.17 I believe. I went to upgrade it to 4.33. But was not told about the step up scenario of taking it to 4.31 first. So it became a brick. I had to make a road trip to the distributors warehouse to pick up a new one. All is good now. The card is actually working in slot 5 of the second cabinet. I will use your recovery method to try and get the old one up and running again.
