Hello,
We have a Vertical SBX IP 320 system. Somehow all of our voicemail programming got wiped (No greetings, passwords, messages)
I have found out how to get greetings and passwords set up, but attempts to transfer calls directly to someones voicemail ring back immediately. Is there a setting that allows calls to be transferred directly to someones voicemail? VM is enabled in the settings

Can't transfer to an extension forwarded to VM that has not recorded a personal greeting for their box. It will recall.
