Hello everyone. I have a user who has left the company and we do not have his password for voicemail. The system is a officeserv 7200 and I am having trouble finding a way to reset the voicemail password without losing the existing voice mail. Could someone point me to the right MMC or documentation on how to go about this.

You can go in through the voicemail admin mailbox and easily reset the password for an individual mailbox.

Apologies I know little to nothing about this system. If I am using the device manager I see under section 8.1.11 (VMAA -> Mailbox) there is a subscriber password there but changing it seems to have no effect.

Never mind I just found it. 8.1.8 (extension) is where it needs to be changed. Thanks for your time I appreciate it.
