Greetinhs, We have a Call Pilot 100 that is down. I will be going to site today with a new power supply and spare system. I will try the power supply first if that doesn't work I will replace the system. I can't remember, can I try the old pcmcia card in the new cabinet to restore the prpgramming? Or will I need to program the new system from scratch? Tia,

Usually its the power supply. I've never swapped cards, I just reprogram.

Pretty sure that you can put the cartridge in different CP and retain programming, if necessary.

I think there will be key codes involved with the CP, so it might not be as simple as moving the card to a different cabinet.
I agree with jsaad, it's usually the power supply. Amazing the trouble caused by that little thing. Even though the lights are on and it tests with good voltage. Change it.

Greetings, Many thanks to all. It was the power supply. Thanks again,
