Had replaced the battery some time back., some ext's will loose button mapping. Today ext 115 lost line 1.
The system is old but very dependable except for loosing button mapping on several ext.
Customer wants to here nothing about a new system.
As long has they are happy, i can always use a easy service call.

Hard Drive may be failing...( the 72e could have either a Hard drive or a Flash)( depending ...if it was a certain year..
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
