Hello hive mind!
I have a couple systems that seem to act weird when trying to get the alarm logs or activity logs. I can get to and change anything else in the voicemail, I can get a response from a telnet request on port 21 but when I try to get the logs is returns an error that says " there are not files"
Router forwarding is set up identically for the dm and vm ports and they seem to work fine. My address is in the management whitelist.
I'm stumped

For the logs you'll need the ftp port (tcp 21) forwarded you the system or svmi20i card.
Though some routers muck with active and passive ftp and won't work (this may be fixed in newer dm versions) I did have some success forwarding the ftp-data port (tcp 20) as well

I think that it's the active/ passive thing that is causing the issue.
Thanks!
