Hi
We have a working 7100 at our church with about 8 phones, 2 of those are IP phones - SMT-i5210. I have recently inherited the maintenance and configuration of this, but don't know anything about Samsung phone systems. The person that performed the install and configuration is long gone. So, here I am... Asking questions...
I found the LAN web interface and can login as admin. I can see the list of users and extensions. I tried to manually configure an IP phone to match a preexisting extension, but when the phone boots up it fails with an invalid ext error, or something like that.
I'd really appreciate some guidance
