Can anyone help with the best reporting options for the NEC SL1100? We have some periods of the day that we are trying to determine how many phone calls come in. I wasn't sure if there was some built in ability to do this, or if I would need to look into purchasing an additional package like inControl Call Reporting or Communication Analyst.

I've seen some info about a product called MyCalls but I cannot figure out if it functions with SL1100 and if it does where I download and/or purchase (price?).
