Greetings, I have a client with an os 7200 and Idcs 28 button phones. She said she dusted off her Idcs 28 button phone and lost the second line of her display the part containing the time and date. Any thoughts? I'm unaware of any feature she could have hit that would do this. TiA,

It's not a feature thing. That is a liquid display. So if she wiped too hard it could've caused that. Sometimes if you unplug the phone wait 10 seconds and plug it back in, the display will fix itself. Or you can try applying slight pressure to it as she would have and see if it returns. For me they have started working after trying the reset.

Hi Thanks. A little R&R and it is back in business. (Reset & Run). Never saw that before.

No problem. I have seen it several times where the display just goes wonky. A r&r usually fixes the issue.
