a while back someone told me about a setting on sbx to solve dropping calls trouble when using charter service. i cant find the information. does anyone know anything about this. thanks dave

I don't know if it is specific to Charter lines, but you can try PGM142, button 14 and set the lines to long. This setting is changed to compensate for low loop voltages.
