New Customer with a KXTD1232 called saying they were replacing the IVR system that hadn't worked in many months.
We used the existing software and replaced only the IVR device itself.
The CO's DILed to a circular hunt group with 4 analog sta. ports (120-123) as members.
Everything was OK for answering, recording and transfers.
However one of the selections transfers to an extension group 191.
The customer claims that it "used to" ring 2 times at the hunt group and then begin ringing everywhere. I can't see how it would as long as there were idle extensions to stick to?
I don't see a Coverage or intercept routing that the group 191 could advance to? Am I missing something or are they dreaming?
Thanks for any help.
