Anybody else having problems with the EHS AP-91 cable from Plantronics. We have a customer that we installed these on the 8 Button Desiless and they stop working. If you reset the phone they start working again. The Headsets work fine without the EHS cable. Three employees have their own Headsets that they marry to the same base when needed and that works fine also. Next call is to Plantronics. Just wondering if anybody else has that issue.

Ok, the scoop on the 8100 to make these work (may also be on the 9100) is that the headset key MUST exist on button 33 on the DESI-less phones. (Button 25 on the non Desiless 24 Button sets.)
