Have a customer that is trying to put remove a huntgroup or put it out of service by calling the auto attendant from home then dial an Ext say 5009 that removes the regular huntgroup message and puts on an alternative huntgruop messages. Then when they go in to work they dial *27 or something like that to put it back into the regular huntgroup and auto attendant message.
Any help or guidance , again this is embedded voicemail and they want to play a message if there is bad weather , without going to the office. Which I might add works when your in the office and dial the 5009 from the auto attendant, just not remotely

In Embedded you used to be able to set an AA selector code to transfer to a short code that could set or clear hunt group Night Service or Out of Service. That changed in 9.0
Try making a short code, like *601 /Set Hunt Group Out of Service / 200 (or whatever is your hunt group). Create a User, and forward it unconditionally to *601. Make a selector code transfer to the User. And of course add an Out of Service Fallback group to your regular 200-Main
Maybe, or maybe not....
