Has anyone ever been able to get a SIP provider, other than the ones in system programmer, to work? We are testing trying to use Coredial specifically at the moment. If so, what settings were used to get it to work.

It can be done. Call ESI Tech Support and they can get into the system and make the change.

Yea I had asked them before venturing down this road and I was told, "You just have to try every option until you find one that works." I was hoping someone had actually done it before and could give me some guidance as to what settings they used in the system. We are on a time crunch and are trying to figure it out without any luck yet. Thanks though.
