Hi All, have two 9100 series switches with ccis both running version 6. Site A is hosting all sip trunks. site b is having inter-mitten issues when dialing certain area codes. some time it works sometimes it doesn't very frustrating. I am waiting on the it dept to set up port mirroring so I can run a wire shark to see if all digits are being sent through to site a. curious to see if anyone had experienced anything like this before, any input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

Look at what you are sending as your outbound CID. Some carriers will not allow a number they do not own to pass.

All phones send out the main number of the building.

Wireshark and open up SMDR. Very well could be a router/switch/firewall/port issue.

That is what I am thinking waiting on IT Dept to set up port mirroring so I can run the wireshark.
