Hey ,i have never upgrade software on a Panasonic KX-TDA30 the Software Version 1.006 ,, can i save customers database and upgrade to latest Panasonic Version without having to upgrade to V2.xxx then V4.xxx ?? Also once upgrade to latest version. Can i download customers previous database programming from V1.006 ?? onto V.4.xxx?? Sorry another tech said no ,, which i think is wrong. Thks very tips.

You can upgrade database once you have the latest programming tool
V5 was the highest version. If you have v4 system software and a newer tool
It could be a problem. Make sure you have the latest tool and firmware
