I am running intertel 9.1. I have a 8662 ip phone and on the display it says waiting for resources. When i do a IP device status on my two iprc I get a no ip resource on the one phone that is not working. I have 64 category a licenses and only 49 ip phones. Any ideas.

Look under SYSTEM -> CABINETS and find the IPRC hosting the phone with the error. Look under VOICE RESOURCES. Are there any set as "Out of Service"?

We are also getting this on some of our IP phones. When we go to the cabinets > Internet Protocol Resource Card > Voice Resources Channels 1-16 are fine but our 17-32 show a red X. Can anyone give me some light on this would gladly appreciate it. We have a Inter-tel 9.115 Thanks
