Hello all,
I have a week old IPO 9.1(8) install with all 9608 phones. I have one ext/user that will not make an outgoing call. It says call incompatible. The ext. appears to be logged in and can make intercom calls to other exts. I've deleted the ext and user and recreated and tried different phones. Any ideas?

Update, problem was solved today. The incoming call route for this ext. was an invalid DID on the PRI. So we had to create a separate ARS to send the main DID of the company to allow the phone to make an external call
