New to the forum and have tried searching, but currently have a problem with our phone system where we get a "camp-on" message on the phone's LCD every time we try to check our Voicemail. We have the Stratagy Dialogic VM system, coupled with the Toshiba Strata DK40i. Based on what I've been able to read, it seems like the voicemail may be full.

I've tried resetting both systems and have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think the voicemail is full. Normally the voicemail system will still answer but won't allow anyone to leave a message.

There still could be a problem with the voicemail, but beyond reset the systems, I don't know of any advice I can offer to fix it.

Normally a camp-on message indicates that all the ports are in use and the system is waiting for one port to free up, but after a reset I am thinking that something is wrong with the voicemail system.

Turns out that the voicemail was full, we were able to clear some space on the device and free up the system. The voicemail is now fully functional, all is good, thank you for your response!
