At one of our east coast office we do not use day or night mode(long story on why not)but we use STARs instead. We recently upgraded our Axxess 5.x box to 11.x. We also upgraded the CPS to 11.x and then installed an EM server ver 1.2.49.3
Since then we have been having issues with the timing on the STARs. We use the STARs to send various calls to our emergency service. Right now on most of the stars we stop the forward to the emergency service at 8:30 AM. Recently the STARs have been stopping the forwarding as early as 5 am during the week. So we have callers that should be transferred to the emergency service at 5 am but instead the calls are going into the Call Routing Application and then to the hunt group. So callers are sitting on perma-hold thinking they are on hold at our emergency office. Clients have been leaving voicemails at 5 am, 5:30 am 6 am etc etc...when those calls should be routed to the emergency office. I have checked the time on the phone system and it is correct. Has anyone seen this before? If so how did you find a resolution? Thank You

Check all of your STAR settings. It works from the top down until it finds a condition to match. I bet you'll find a 5 instead of an 8 for the time one of the STAR conditions is supposed to begin. Fat fingering.
