On an InterTel Axxess 5.349 system, when I look at Trunks, I don't have any of the options I've read about in the Admin guide and on this forum.
Specifically, I don't see "Trunk Circuit Type" as an option.
The DB Studio Help states: "This is programmed in System\Devices and Feature Codes\Trunks\<individual trunk>.(This cannot be programmed unless the Advanced Trunk Interfaces premium feature is enabled. Also, caller information features require OPC programming.) Available service types are determined by the type of trunk being programmed, as described below. To set the Service Type select the current value and scroll to the desired option. Then press ENTER or click outside the field to save your change."
So, first, I can't seem to figure out how to enable the Premium Feature for this. And, second, what is the OPC programming that needs to happen for Caller ID... as this is the thing I've been trying to get working.
Thanks in advance to anyone willing to lend some advice.

Check premium features and ensure Advanced CO Interface is enabled.
Go to trunks to determine service type.

Advanced CO Interfaces has a value of "yes", but when I go to Trunks I see the trunks listed, but there is no "Trunk Circuit Type".
Under the heading "Trunks" I have seven trunk extensions listed. The CO Trunk Group is the same for all trunks and the "Type" is B-Channel. That's all that's there.

If it is PRI you will not get that. That is all determined by which ISDN protocol you select. The only option you will have is whether to enable or disable B channels.

If you have PRI, you should have caller id. What are you trying to accomplish?

Trying to accomplish name and number. We're only getting number. We know the provider is sending both, since they came out with test equipment and proved it.
