Greetings, I did a dumb thing. I was logged into an OS7400 and pulled my laptop before exiting OSDM. Now if I try to log into the system I get IT Tool In Use. I tried to just pull the Lan connection, didn't help. Is there anything else I can do short of a system reboot? TIA,

I've had that happen to me on remote systems once or twice. Sometimes it will time itself out, depending on how you have that set in programming.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

The timeout for the DM/IT tool is set to 5 minutes. So should be good after that.

The last time I was in that PBX I was local on their network. That was about 2 weeks ago. I think I might have not exited the application and just packed up my laptop and left. Of course I don't know what IP address my laptop grabbed since it was dhcp.
