Thanks to all who can lead to a answer.
Has anyone had any problems of audio issues with a provider that is using sip trunks.
The circuit is a pri. Once in a while, the customer will start geting complaints of audio issues with outside calls.
There are no errors on the circuit that I can see.
Carrier says their is no problem at their end.
Any suggestions as to why this maybe happening.
