Is there a way to increase the speaker volume setting on i6021 sets in programming. I have a client that uses speaker phone function all the time and has the volume on MAX, still complaining that is not loud enough!

Try looking in MMC 805 you can adjust the settings for ITP to whatever trunks he is using as well as set Individual Audio Settings for the ITP Sets Speaker is an option. Hope that helps.
