I had call center suite going on a PC that was going downhill. I installed call center server, reporter, reporter real time, intelligent router on new PC and copied CVGW folder to new PC. My issue is that on one of the Filters the last talk time is showing a 7 hour difference than the real time. any one know how to fix the database time. new computer has correct time as well as phone system.
