Dear
I am trying to run Samsung Communicator app but after installation of program if i run its showing Licencing error.Even i installed Samsung Link
Mentioned Computer & PABX ip in IP White list & CTI server i mentioned PC address.
i need to check demo version.
i already ask Samsung Distributer to send us licence .
As we are going to replace Alcatel PABX PABX (which was using PIM PHONY App which shows all LOG and Console status on Monitor screen),the same we need from Samsung.
Can any body help me out on this that how i can check this app on my system.

What handsets do you have?
There are 3 modes in Communicator
Deskphone (use with Digital phones, requires OS Link)
UCPhone (use with SMT IP Phones, Communicator talks to the system and the handset) This is also known as PRO, the license key is entered into the system.

I am using Deskphone.
I installed OSlink V3 on computer, & then install Samsung communicator V1007
MMC 860 active Tutorial
MMC 830 CTI given computer IP
error Message showing
Link Connection Failed
Licensing error
