Hi, I have the Inter-tel axxess system, and I think the voicemail version is 5.2? I do not have a copy of db studio, I tried acquiring it with no luck.
My boss was having a problem with his voicemail and he told me to reset it. I went to the voicemail pc and fiddled around and it prompted mailbox, so I put in his mailbox, and then I tried delete, hoping to recreate it. I was able to delete it, but I couldn't figure out how to create a new one. If anyone can help or can provide me with the software it would be much appreciated.

I've got the same question - how do i add vm to an existing extension? Running DB Studio ver 9.009... I've read through the 'help' file but it far from helpful. It seems as though all extensions which *do not* have voicemail are listed under voice processor\extension IDs, whereas any *with* voicemail are listed under voice processor\mailboxes. The extension that I'm attempting to add is under extension IDs and I'm wondering if I've got to delete it from that list prior to being able to add it to the mailboxes list. Any direction that you could provide would be most helpful. If you've got any documentaion resources, I'd take that too. I'm happy to educate myself. Thanks in advance for any assistance that you can provide.

Yes, as Rhett says, delete the extension ID and then you will be able to create a mailbox for that specific endpoint.
Extension ID's are for endpoints & devices that do not have an associated mailbox. It is simply a way to let voicemail know that endpoint exists.
Ain't technology wonderful? Nothing like being on the bleeding edge.
