Hello forum guys and gals, I need your help.
I have a Nortel BCM400 system (I believe) and when the receptionist tries to send VM to a users voice mail box (any vm box) the user is getting a VM full message. However the users VM box is empty. I took the usual steps of clearing out any old messages (and logs) from the operator phone and the user VM phones as well. However the issue still remains. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Only when reception transfers? Have you gone into Reporting in Callpilot Manager to check who has how many messages? Try starting with the general mailbox 100

You might also need the cdr logs cleaned out....check alarms too.
