Have a customer using SBX 320 who wants to access co lines by pressing "9". Have never run across this one before. Any help would be appreciated.

No problem. Just ensure that all of your active lines are in group 1 (PGM 141) and the unused lines are in a vacant group, such at 25. Dialing 9 will now grab the last line first and work toward the top.
