A call is recieved by DID or internally on the intercom path. Station has (2) SYS forward paths. They both work just fine. I believe the staion only has one mailbox. Msg was left, lamp comes on. I log on, listen to msg, delete message and the lamp does not go off. I use Feature code 366 it does not work. I use Feature code 368 (current message) and it turns the light off. This is the only station that does this. Deleted the mailbox and created a new associated MB. Defaulted station. Still will not turn off the lamp when I delete the message. CPC 256--EM voice mail

Are you sure the message lite is being lit by the station's associated mailbox? When the lite won't go off and you press it, what does the LCD display read?

If you press MSG what does the display say?

try feature code 368. That should clear the msg indicator.

i didn't see that you already used feature 368. did the keymap accidentally get changed? is there a unassoicated mailbox that has that endpoint as message notficatio endpoint? Seems liek another box could be pointing towards that ext. just a thought.

The desk had a 8500 set plugged in. I put a 8560 display set on it and found the light was being light by MB 6415!!!! Never new that mailbox existed. Went in and deleted the unused mailbox. Thanks guys.
