I was just working on a SV 9100 install
All IP phones we have 20 phones working
Need 25 total
We purchased 25 ip license which it does show in programming
However only 20 phones come up
They phones say can not find server and the reboot still not sure where to look
Will be back on Monday for more fun

More info please. LAN config, switch config, local or remote phones? First off looks like a network/switch issue if phone programming is right.

DHCP scope? 20 or 25? Internal phone SIP port set the same as the working phones?
