I just installed a MItel 5312 on an sx 200 ICP. The phone got the IP address, is able to make intercom calls, can get a dial tone when you hit 9 for an outside line, but is not able to make outside calls.
I get a fast busy signal as soon as the outside number is dialed.
The phone is set up just like all the other phones in the system
What am i missing?
