Hi, hope someone can help. I have a dual CS5200 system which overnight stopped communicating with our Callview Gateway. One of the nodes has SYS Alarm #133 which I have been unable to find any reference to. If I remove the error on reboot of the node it reappears.
Please can anyone advise on what this error is, and is there a downloadable list of error numbers for the Intertel 5x00 series?
Many thanks.

A133 ALARM License Key Recovery Attempt (CS-5XXX Only) FIELDS: None. CAUSE: The USB Security Key used to guard against software theft is missing or cannot be read. If USB Security Key is plugged in, then there could be a hardware failure and the system tries to recover by calling the reset_usb script. This recovery attempt is logged by this alarm. ACTION: The user should contact Tech Support if the USB Security Key is valid. FSACTION None.
There is a list of all errors on the software CD - Message print Diagnostics, a PDF file.
