Customer with Vodavi XTS. Has Partial T-1 coming into office. Customer has been using Barge Button for training. The site was getting second calls from receptionist but got busy if someone else transfer the call. I put a intercom on the phone and that fix the second calls yet now the barge does not work. When he hits the busy station it goes to the intercom. Any Suggestion on how to solve the problem.

Barge in will not work unless the person barging in gets a busy signal.
You can disable the privacy for any station you want to barge into.The person barging in to that station does so by pressing the lite co key in use by that station. This may be a bit hard using a PRI because the bargin-er will have to have a lot of buttons tied up with co line appearances.
Since an Intercom com disables executive override/barge in, I suggest you remove the intercom key, create more loop keys on the attendant phone and tell people who need to transfer a call to the operator that they may just have to do a blind transfer after getting a busy signal.
